The Tibetan medical system looks back upon a long history and gains more and more inter¬national recognition through its holistic approach on the entire human organism. Dr. Tsultrim Kalsang will focus on the past and present of the traditional Tibetan medicine.
Dr. Tsultrim Kalsang is a well reputated research doctor at the Materia Medica Department of the Tibetan Medical and Astrological Institute (Men-Tsee-Khang). In 1993 and 1996 he did research in cooperation with the Institute of Pharmacognosy of the University of Vienna.
